Thank you for shopping at Book Shop Now. Below you will find all the information you need about how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bookshopnow.com.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment is collected.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed on our website.
International Shipping
At this time, Book Shop Now ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. Book Shop Now is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@bookshopnow.com as soon as possible — we cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package is in the care of the carrier. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If still unresolved after 5 business days, email us at support@bookshopnow.com and we will assist you.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we will work with you to find a resolution.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar) and enter your tracking number.
