Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items returned after the 14-day return window may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@bookshopnow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Book Shop Now is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Please note your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window
  • Items without proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@bookshopnow.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
